  • Emergency issues considered are inability to connect to cloud server due to the server being down or if your hosted website is down. Otherwise please use http://support.aims360.com. Make sure you have a working internet connection before submitting this form. Not knowing, forgotten, or incorrect username and passwords are not considered an emergency and need to be handled during normal business hours. Issues/Errors with AIMS itself are not handled by afterhours emergency support. If you submit this form and it is decided to be a non-emergency issue based on the criteria above and a technician responds you will automatically be billed $250.00 to the credit card on file.
