Emergency Support

  • The only afterhours emergency that is considered valid is inability to connect to hosting server due to the server being down or if your hosted website is down. Make sure you have a working internet connection before submitting this form. Not knowing, forgotten, or incorrect username and passwords are not considered an emergency and need to be handled during normal business hours. Issues/Errors with AIMS itself are not handled by afterhours emergency support. If you submit this form and it is decided to be a non-emergency issue based on the criteria above and a technician responds you will automatically be billed $250.00 to the credit card on file.
