Pixior is a full-service 3PL with more than 2 million square feet across Los Angeles, the East Coast and Europe. Fashion and apparel is the first industry it names, alongside published targets of 99.96% order accuracy and 99.98% inventory accuracy.
Pixior is a full-service third party logistics provider with more than 2 million square feet across Los Angeles, the East Coast and Europe. Fashion and apparel is the first industry it names. AIMS360 connects to it over the standard warehouse document set, so every facility reports into one inventory position.
AIMS360 connects to Pixior using the standard warehouse document set the logistics industry already runs on, delivered over SFTP into Pixior's Power House warehouse system. Because the documents are standard rather than bespoke, the same connection shape works across Pixior's Los Angeles, East Coast and European facilities.
| Document | Format | What it carries |
|---|---|---|
| 832 | Tab delimited | Style, color and size catalog out, pushed before the first order ships so receiving works against real SKUs instead of inventing codes |
| 940 | XML | Ship orders out, with retailer routing and carton requirements attached |
| 943 | XML | Inbound advice out, for stock arriving from your factories |
| 944 | CSV | Receipt confirmation back, so what physically landed updates your on hand |
| 945 | XML | Shipment confirmation back, with cartons, weights and tracking |
| 947 | XLSX | Inventory adjustments back, so cycle counts and damages reconcile rather than drift |
Excel order import is also supported alongside the document set, and item identity is carried on UPC.
The 945 is the one that pays for the connection. It brings carton level detail back into AIMS360, and that detail is exactly what AIMS360 uses to generate the outbound 856 advance ship notice your retailer demands. If a warehouse cannot return cartons, weights and tracking at that granularity, somebody assembles the ASN by hand, every shipment, forever.
Most 3PL connections map one way. The warehouse translates your carrier codes into whatever it uses internally, and anything it cannot match gets handled by somebody reading an email.
Pixior maps to AIMS360's standard carrier codes, and AIMS360 maps to Pixior's LTL carrier codes. Both sides hold the other's vocabulary. A ship code of truck flags a shipment that needs routing, so freight that requires a routing request is identified before it reaches the dock rather than after.
That matters most for wholesale. Retailer routing guides are where chargebacks come from, and a shipment routed on the wrong carrier is a chargeback with a paper trail attached. Two-way mapping is a small piece of setup that removes a recurring category of error.
Pixior also produces UCC-128 carton labels and branded drop ship packing slips, both of which retailers increasingly require rather than request.
Pixior's distinguishing feature on this list is geography. Los Angeles for containers landing at the ports, the East Coast for shorter transit to the eastern half of the country, and Europe for brands selling into that market rather than shipping every order across the Atlantic.
That suits a brand at the point where one warehouse stops being enough: wholesale shipping nationally, a storefront where customers expect delivery in days rather than weeks, and increasingly a European channel that needs local stock. The reason the ERP matters more at that stage is simple. Three warehouses on three separate systems is three inventory positions, and three inventory positions is how a unit gets promised twice.
Where a different partner may fit better: if you run a single West Coast facility and no European channel, a smaller regional 3PL will usually cost less. If you are Canada first, look at our Canadian partners. The full 3PL list covers both.

Yes. AIMS360 connects to Pixior over the standard warehouse document set, delivered by SFTP into Pixior's Power House warehouse system: 940 ship orders and 943 inbound advices out as XML, 944 receipts as CSV, 945 shipment confirmations as XML, 947 adjustments as XLSX, and the 832 style catalog as a tab delimited file. Excel order import is supported alongside it.
Yes. Each Pixior facility is a separate stocking location in AIMS360, and they roll into one available-to-sell number. That matters for brands selling into both markets, because a European storefront and a US wholesale order can otherwise end up promising the same unit twice.
Mapping runs both ways. Pixior maps to AIMS360's standard carrier codes and AIMS360 maps to Pixior's LTL carrier codes, so neither side depends on the other guessing. A ship code of truck flags a shipment that needs a routing request, which is identified before it reaches the dock rather than after a retailer chargeback.
Yes to both. UCC-128 carton labels and branded drop ship packing slips are supported, which matters because retailer routing guides increasingly require them rather than request them.
