Apparel software partners: 3PL, shipping, accounting and back-office

AIMS360 implements its own software with its own in-house team. What AIMS360 does not do is run your warehouse, broker your freight, or sign your tax return. For that there is a vetted partner network of 50+ companies that already know AIMS360 and already know apparel.

Does AIMS360 implement the software, or do partners do it?

AIMS360 implements AIMS360. Every rollout is run by our own in-house implementation team, with a named implementation manager who owns the project through go-live. That does not change when a partner is involved.

Partners work around the ERP, not instead of the team that implements it. A 3PL configures its side of the integration. An accounting firm maps your chart of accounts. A back-office consultant helps prepare legacy data. All of it runs alongside your AIMS360 implementation manager, who still owns the plan and the go-live date. Partners add specialist capacity in areas AIMS360 deliberately does not compete in — warehousing, freight and customs, accounting, and outsourced back-office work.

Details of how a rollout runs are on the AIMS360 implementation page.

Partner or integration? They are not the same thing

This trips up almost everyone evaluating apparel software, so it is worth being precise. The closest analogy is Shopify: an app in the Shopify App Store is not the same thing as a Shopify Partner. A company can be one, the other, or both.

Integration Partner
What it is A working data connection between AIMS360 and another system. A company AIMS360 has a direct working relationship with.
What you get Orders, inventory, shipments and financials moving automatically, with no rekeying. People who already know AIMS360 and already know apparel, so there is no learning curve on your account.
Who sets it up Your AIMS360 implementation manager, during your rollout. AIMS360 makes the introduction. You contract with the partner directly.
Can a company be both? Yes, and many are. Some partners have no software connection at all — what they bring is expertise. Some integrations are simply connections we support, with no partnership behind them.

If you are looking for the systems AIMS360 connects to rather than the companies we work with, that list lives on AIMS360 integrations.

What AIMS360 partners actually do

Four categories, each covering work a consumer brand has to get done somewhere — and none of it something an ERP vendor should pretend to do in-house.

Third-party logistics

3PL warehousing and fulfillment

Warehouses that store, pick, pack and ship for apparel and consumer brands, handling wholesale, DTC and Amazon in one operation. AIMS360 sends orders out and takes shipment confirmations and inventory counts back, so your stock position stays accurate without anyone rekeying it.

Shipping

Freight, parcel and customs

Freight forwarders, customs brokers and parcel specialists who move goods from the factory to the warehouse and from the warehouse to the retailer. Routing, rates and tracking flow back into AIMS360 so shipping status sits next to the order it belongs to.

Accounting

Apparel accountants and CPA firms

Accounting and CFO-level firms that work in apparel specifically — landed cost, factoring, chargebacks, seasonal cash flow. They work in your AIMS360 financials rather than asking you to export everything to a spreadsheet first.

Consultant & back-office

Production, sourcing and outsourced back-office

Consultants and back-office providers who run production, sourcing, order entry, EDI operations or the whole back office for brands that would rather not staff it. Many are long-standing AIMS360 users, so they are productive on your system from day one.

The AIMS360 partner directory

More than 50 partner companies, filterable by category. Every company listed has a working relationship with AIMS360 and existing experience on apparel accounts.

Become an AIMS360 partner

AIMS360 runs a partner and referral program for companies that serve apparel and consumer brands — third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders and customs brokers, accounting and CPA firms, and production, sourcing or back-office consultants. If your clients run on an ERP, or should, there is a reason to talk.

Why partner

Your clients get an ERP that already speaks your language

Rather than spending the first month of every engagement explaining size matrices, factoring or retailer EDI to a general system, you work in software built for consumer brands from the start.

Common questions about AIMS360 partners

AIMS360 implements AIMS360. Every rollout is run by our own in-house implementation team, with a named implementation manager who owns the project through go-live. Partners work around the ERP rather than instead of it — a 3PL configuring its side of an integration, an accounting firm mapping a chart of accounts, a consultant preparing legacy data — always alongside the AIMS360 team. See how an AIMS360 implementation works.

An integration is a data connection between AIMS360 and another system. A partner is a company AIMS360 has a direct working relationship with. The analogy is Shopify: an app in the App Store is not the same as a Shopify Partner. A company can be both, and many are — most 3PL partners are also integrated. Some partners have no software connection at all, and what they bring is people who already know AIMS360 and apparel. The systems AIMS360 connects to are listed under integrations.

Yes. Third-party logistics is the largest partner category. AIMS360 sends orders to the warehouse and takes shipment confirmations and inventory counts back, so stock positions stay accurate across wholesale, DTC and Amazon without anyone rekeying data. Partner 3PLs in the directory above already run AIMS360 accounts, which means a shorter onboarding than a warehouse seeing the system for the first time.

No. Partners are an option, not a requirement. Plenty of brands keep the 3PL, accountant or consultant they already have, and AIMS360 works with them. The advantage of a listed partner is only that they already know the system, so there is less to explain and less to go wrong in the first few months.

Usually, yes. If they can exchange files or connect over an API, your AIMS360 implementation manager will set the connection up during your rollout. If they cannot, that is worth knowing before you sign with anyone — raise it during the scoping conversation and we will tell you plainly what is and is not possible.

Four categories: third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses, shipping and freight companies including customs brokers, accounting and CPA firms that specialise in apparel, and consultants covering production, sourcing, EDI operations and outsourced back-office work. More than 50 companies are listed in the directory above.
