Every AIMS360 release in plain English: what changed, which problem it fixes, and where to learn more. This page is updated with every release.
How often does AIMS360 update? AIMS360 ships a core release every few months, with updates to the Runway web app in between. So far in 2026 that's four core releases, in January, May, June and September, plus five Runway updates. Every customer gets each release as part of their plan, with no upgrade fee and no upgrade project to schedule. The RemoteLink iPad app updates through the App Store.
The September release is about the warehouse floor and the numbers behind it. Three changes carry most of the weight.
A pick ticket is the list of what to pull for an order. When the packer's count didn't match it, the old routine was to stop, find the missing units, fix inventory in another screen and come back while the shipment waited.
Now, when a packed quantity differs from what was picked at Final Update, AIMS360 opens a Pick vs Pack window. It shows every bin holding that style, color and size, and how many units sit in each one. Pull the difference from another bin and finish the shipment where you are. Rows are color coded for over, under and on target.
What you get: fewer stalled shipments and fewer wrong counts going out the door.
How bin locations workShopify can report profit and margin on every product, but only if each product has a cost entered. Most brands never fill it in, or it goes stale by next season.
AIMS360 already knows your costs. In Add/Edit Shopify Details, choose Make/Buy, Average Cost or Wholesale Price, and that figure goes to Shopify's Cost field with your products from then on. You see it in the Shopify admin. Shoppers never do.
What you get: real margin per product in Shopify without typing costs twice.
The Shopify integrationBrands with more than one location, or a 3PL plus their own space, had every style visible and scannable everywhere, including warehouses that never stock it.
You can now choose which warehouse locations each style and color may be stocked in, under Additional Details, Inventory Locations. Warehouse searches, scanning and inventory functions only show it where it belongs.
What you get: less hunting and fewer cross-location mistakes.
