The short answer

Does AIMS360 work with Eleets?

Yes. Eleets is a connected AIMS360 3PL. Pick tickets go from AIMS360 to Eleets, shipment confirmations come back, and AIMS360 records each shipment and invoices from it. Which warehouse documents run for your account is agreed with Eleets during setup.

Eleets becomes another warehouse in AIMS360. Shopify orders, wholesale orders and retailer orders all allocate against its stock, so the number your store shows is the number Eleets holds.

Order flow

One order, from AIMS360 to Eleets and back

The same loop for a Shopify order, a wholesale order or a retailer purchase order.

Step Where it happens What happens
1. The order lands AIMS360 A retailer 850, a Shopify order, a B2B platform order or a rep order becomes a sales order, and allocation reserves units at the Eleets location.
2. The pick ticket goes out AIMS360 to Eleets AIMS360 exports the pick ticket as a 940. By default it moves from open to packed, so everyone can see it is with the warehouse.
3. Pick, pack, ship Eleets The warehouse picks, packs and hands the cartons to the carrier.
4. The confirmation comes back Eleets to AIMS360 A 945 returns the cartons, carrier and tracking. AIMS360 records the shipment and the pick ticket moves to shipped.
5. Paperwork to the retailer AIMS360 AIMS360 builds the 856 ship notice and the 810 invoice from that shipment, so the order, the cartons and the bill match.
Setup

Getting live with Eleets

Your AIMS360 implementation manager runs this with the warehouse.

  1. Add Eleets as a warehouse

In AIMS360, Eleets becomes another stocking location with its own on hand. The file exchange runs through a secure folder, hosted by the warehouse or by AIMS360.

  2. Map the ship via codes

The 3PL shipping cross reference ties each AIMS360 ship via code to the warehouse's carrier, SCAC or service, so the 940 asks for the right carrier and the 945 maps back cleanly.

  3. Send the catalog

Styles, colors, sizes and UPCs go to Eleets before the first order, so receiving and picking use the same codes AIMS360 uses.

  4. Test a full cycle

Send real test pick tickets, take the 945s back and check that the shipment, the 856 and the invoice come out right before a live retailer order depends on it.

  5. Go live and watch it

Pick tickets go out, confirmations come back, and your implementation manager watches the exceptions with you through the first weeks.

Eleets FAQ

Eleets and AIMS360, answered

Yes. Eleets is a connected AIMS360 3PL: pick tickets out, shipment confirmations back, and the shipment and invoice recorded in AIMS360.

Warehousing and fulfillment, inbound and outbound shipping, customer service run as an extension of the brand, ecommerce support, and a cloud warehouse system with 24/7 access.

Pick tickets out and shipment confirmations back are the core. AIMS360 also offers the 832 catalog, 943 inbound advice, 944 receipt and 947 adjustment; the set for your account is agreed during setup.

Shopify orders import into AIMS360 through the AIMS360 Shopify app, allocate against the Eleets location and go out as pick tickets. See DTC fulfillment automation.

No. In the AIMS360 model the warehouse returns a 945 and AIMS360 builds the 856 and the 810 invoice from it. Keeping the ship notice in the ERP keeps the purchase order, the cartons and the invoice matched, which is where chargebacks start when they drift.

Yes. Each warehouse is a stocking location in AIMS360 and allocation decides which one ships each order, against one inventory record. See multi-warehouse inventory.

Two reasons cover most of it. The 945 has to carry a carrier name or SCAC code, and every item has to match a UPC in AIMS360 or an AIMS360 style, color and size. Fix the missing UPC or ask the warehouse to resend the file, then import it again.

Shipping from Eleets?

We will walk a Shopify order through allocation, out to the warehouse as a pick ticket and back as a shipped, invoiced order.
