The short answer

Does AIMS360 work with SunFrog?

Not as a documented connector today. AIMS360 has listed SunFrog for order fulfillment, but there is no current setup documentation for a SunFrog connector, so we do not describe one here. If SunFrog is one of your channels, tell us how you use it and we will scope the route for its orders.

Print on demand itself is something AIMS360 runs. Brands that print blanks to order use on-demand styles with Shopify or retailer dropship orders, and orders from a channel without a connector can come in by file import or the AIMS360 API.

Where AIMS360 fits

How print on demand runs in AIMS360

Documented AIMS360 routes, whichever way you sell.

01

You print to order

If you hold blanks and screen print or finish them as orders arrive, AIMS360 on-demand styles consume the blank style to produce the finished style, for Shopify orders and EDI dropship orders.

02

Processing on one record

The finishing step runs through the AIMS360 style processing module, the same one used for garment dye, screen print and outside processing, so blanks and finished goods stay on one inventory record.

03

A channel with no connector

A channel that exports orders to a spreadsheet can load through the AIMS360 order import. One with an API can connect through the AIMS360 Open API as a scoped project.

04

Your own store

Orders from your Shopify store import through the AIMS360 Shopify app, free on the Shopify App Store since January 2016.

Scoping

Scoping SunFrog or print on demand with AIMS360

Five questions to answer before any setup.

  1. Map where the orders start

List every place a print on demand order is placed: the SunFrog marketplace, your own store, a retailer's dropship program.

  2. Decide who prints

If SunFrog prints and ships, the order and the goods stay with SunFrog. If you print, the order needs to reach AIMS360 so the blank is consumed and the unit ships.

  3. Set up blanks and finished styles

For printing in house, link each finished style to its blank and set the on-demand settings at the color level.

  4. Pick the order route

Shopify app, file import or the AIMS360 API, depending on the channel. Your implementation manager confirms which fits.

  5. Test with real orders

Run a handful of real orders end to end, from import through printing, shipping and invoice, before you switch the channel on.
