Bring WFX styles, colors, materials, bills of materials, costing and vendors into AIMS360 through the AIMS360 importer once a style is production ready. One-way, WFX into AIMS360, with an Automap step for records that already exist.

WFX PLM Integration
Design and develop in WFX Cloud PLM, then bring the finished record into AIMS360 when a style is ready for production. Vendors, materials, styles, bills of materials and costing come across through the WFX import modules inside AIMS360. The connection is one-way, from WFX into AIMS360.
What Comes Across
Each record type has its own import module in AIMS360. You download new data from WFX, review it, pick what you want and import.
Vendor records created in WFX import into the AIMS360 vendor list, so purchase orders and production point at the same suppliers.
Fabrics and trims come across as AIMS360 materials, ready to sit on a bill of materials.
Style number, description, size scale, division, season and wholesale price import with the style, along with the primary style and color images.
The BOM built in WFX imports against the style, so production starts from the materials the design team specified.
Costing set in WFX imports into AIMS360 against the style, which keeps the cost sheet in line with development.
A style imports once its lifecycle stage in WFX is set to Production. Earlier-stage styles stay in WFX until they are ready.
