Questions from the workshop

Can the AI change my data?

Yes, for customers and orders, and only after you say yes to the preview. New orders save on Hold, and it can't delete customers or orders. Setting up styles from the chat is planned for the November release (26.11.02).

Who on my team can use it?

Anyone with an AIMS360 login. Each person signs in as themselves and gets only what their role allows. Each person also needs their own ChatGPT, Claude or Grok plan.

Do I need a developer to set it up?

No. Connecting is a settings step inside ChatGPT, Claude or Grok. If you get stuck, email support@aims360.com and our support team will help you get connected.

Does it work with EDI or Shopify orders?

Those already come into AIMS360 on their own. The AI is for the email orders your team still types in by hand.

Which AI apps work with AIMS360?

ChatGPT, Claude and Grok. AIMS360 is listed in the ChatGPT app store, and Claude and Grok connect through the AIMS360 MCP server.
