Scheels opens large format stores a few at a time, Tulsa in October 2024 and Cedar Park, Texas, its second in the state, in 2026. An opening order is a different shape from replenishment: full size runs, a hard date, and a pallet built for one store. AIMS360 allocates to the whole PO so the opening ships complete.
Not a shipment program, but part of every new item. Core and enhanced content and images go to Scheels through Syndigo, and the style, color, size and UPC data AIMS360 holds is what feeds it.
One thing to keep straight: Scheels is employee owned, an ESOP since 1991 and one of the largest in the country, founded in 1902 and headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota. It does not publish a vendor microsite. The vendor guide is behind the SPS login and the routing guide is behind the Scheels Logistics portal, and the buyer relationship carries more of the process than it does at a national chain.
One Stock Record
Scheels buys full size runs for big stores and receives on the label and the ASN, so the useful number is not what you have in total, it is what you can put in one carton for one PO and one store and still cover the drop ship feed.
