The PGA Show is the golf industry's largest annual trade show, run by RX and the PGA of America. The 2027 show runs January 26 to 29 in Orlando, with Demo Day at Orange County National on Tuesday and the show floor at the Orange County Convention Center Wednesday through Friday. Here are the hours, who can get in, what the 2026 show looked like, how it differs from the PGA Buying Summit in Frisco, and how a golf apparel or equipment brand sets up so the orders written in Orlando reach the ERP without being keyed twice.
An independent guide by AIMS360, a consumer brands ERP used by golf apparel and equipment brands. It isn't affiliated with the PGA Show, the PGA of America or RX. Register, book housing and confirm hours at pgashow.com.
The PGA Show is the golf industry's largest annual trade show, a trade-only week in Orlando every January where golf brands launch and sell to the people who stock pro shops and golf stores. Equipment, apparel, footwear, accessory, technology and travel brands show to PGA and LPGA Professionals, golf course and resort buyers, off-course retailers and media. RX and the PGA of America run it, and for years it was called the PGA Merchandise Show.
It's a wholesale trade show, not a consumer golf expo. It isn't open to the public, and the people on the floor are there to see new product, meet brands and buy for the season ahead: the 2026 show had 1,300+ VIP buyers from 910 facilities and retailers with about $975 million in purchasing power, per RX. The 2027 show is the 74th. For a golf apparel brand, the PGA Buying Summit in Frisco each July is the other date on the calendar, and the comparison below covers how the two differ.

No, the PGA Show is trade only. It's open to golf industry professionals: PGA of America, LPGA and International PGA Professionals, assistant pros, pro shop owners and buyers, directors of golf, course owners and managers, facility buyers, retailers, coaches, tournament organizers, students and entrepreneurs in the business, racquet sports professionals and credentialed media.
PGA of America, LPGA and International PGA Golf Professionals register free. For the 2026 show, other attendees paid a processing fee that rose from $49 early bird to $99 advance to $199 standard, per the show's November 2025 announcement. 2027 fees and deadlines will be on pgashow.com; register early if you're not a member professional. Media register through a separate path.
If you're a brand, the people you came for are the head professionals and merchandisers who write green grass orders, the off-course and resort buyers, and the VIP Buyer Club members who get into Demo Day first. They're why Wednesday and Thursday appointments fill early.
The 73rd PGA Show, January 20 to 23, 2026, drew more than 34,000 industry professionals from 90 countries and all 50 states, with 1,195 brands exhibiting, the largest PGA Show since 2009. It was the show's 40th straight year at the Orange County Convention Center.
| Measure | 2026 |
|---|---|
| Industry professionals | 34,000+ from 90 countries and all 50 U.S. states |
| Brands exhibiting | 1,195, including nearly 400 first-time exhibitors |
| Golf professionals | 8,200+ PGA of America, LPGA and international PGA Professionals |
| VIP buyers | 1,300+ representing 910 facilities and retailers, with about $975 million in purchasing power |
| Space | 1.1 million square feet in the OCCC West Building, 10+ miles of aisles |
| Education | 80+ core sessions and 50+ free presentations on seven show floor stages |
| Racquet sports | 60+ brands, two pickleball courts and a padel court |
| Co-located in 2026 | NGCOA Golf Business Conference, AGM Golf Retail Conference, African American Golf EXPO and Forum, Functional Fabric Fair Winter Edition |
For an apparel brand the number that matters is the buyer count. Those 1,300 VIP buyers and 8,200 professionals are the people who decide what hangs in a pro shop, and most of them are only in one room together once a year.
They're two different shows from the same organizers. The PGA Show is the whole golf industry in Orlando every January: equipment, technology, apparel, travel and more, with 1,000+ brands. The PGA Buying Summit is an apparel-first show at Omni PGA Frisco in Texas every July, where pro shop and retail buyers get an early look at next spring's apparel. Both are run by PGA Golf Exhibitions, part of RX, with the PGA of America.
| PGA Show | PGA Buying Summit | |
|---|---|---|
| 2027 dates | January 26 to 29, 2027 | July 25 to 28, 2027 |
| Where | Orlando, FL: Orange County Convention Center and Orange County National | Frisco, TX: Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa |
| Focus | The full golf business: equipment, technology, apparel, accessories, training aids, travel, racquet sports | Apparel first: early buying for next spring's apparel and accessories, plus a fashion show |
| Size | 1,195 brands and 34,000+ attendees in 2026 | Nearly 200 brands in 2026 |
| Who goes | Golf professionals, facility and retail buyers, course owners, media, the whole trade | Golf professionals, buyers, retailers, independent reps, suppliers and media |
| What it means for a brand | Launches, equipment demos and the big order-writing week of the winter | Where spring apparel lines get seen and pre-booked months before they ship |
An apparel brand usually does both: Frisco in July to put next spring's line in front of buyers early, Orlando in January for the launch and the orders that fill out the season. The rest of the golf calendar, including the PGA section merchandise shows where green grass reorders get written, is on the golf and sports trade show calendar.
Load the season into your ERP, publish it to RepSpark and the reps' iPads, barcode the samples, book Wednesday and Thursday, and make sure every order written in the hall lands as a sales order with its ship window and any logo program attached. The show only pays off if the orders reach production planning intact.
| When | What to do | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Before: build the season | Every style with colors, sizes, prices, images and ship windows in the ERP, including logo-program styles and their decoration, and hardgoods with their own attributes. | Line sheets, RepSpark and the iPad all read from that one record. |
| Before: publish to RepSpark | Send styles, pricing and available to sell by ship date through the RepSpark integration, with each account's price group and terms. | Pro shops and dealers order against real availability for the delivery they want. |
| Before: load the iPads | Sync RemoteLink with the catalog, customers, pricing and open to sell, then switch on Offline Mode. | A weak signal on a full show floor doesn't stop an order. Stock refresh and card deposits wait until you reconnect. |
| Before: barcode samples | Style barcodes on every sample; prepack barcodes if you sell size-run packs. | Reps scan to add style and color instead of searching. |
| Before: book the floor | Head professionals, merchandisers and off-course buyers on Wednesday and Thursday; Demo Day on Tuesday if you sell equipment. | Appointments fill the order book; walk-ups fill gaps. |
| During: write orders | Orders with start and completion dates, customer PO, terms, signature and the logo artwork reference on custom lines. | The ship window and the decoration travel with the order, so nothing gets re-entered later. |
| During: the EDI question | If an off-course buyer asks, PGA TOUR Superstore, Dick's Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy, Scheels and Worldwide Golf are on the 350+ retailer list. | You can say yes to a chain without adding an EDI vendor. |
| After: import and confirm | Reconnect, import the show orders into AIMS360 and send confirmations. | No retyping on the flight home, and the pro shop has its confirmation while the show's still fresh. |
| After: plan production | Size factory POs to the order book, run logo work as a tracked production stage, and let intelligent allocation commit stock by completion date and customer priority. | Production matches what was sold, and the best accounts ship first. |
Custom club logo, member-guest and tournament programs are covered on the decorated apparel page, and the whole golf operating model, green grass, off-course, resort and DTC on one stock pool, is on the golf ERP page.
The show lists Connections Housing as its only approved housing vendor. Its 2027 housing details were marked coming soon when we checked. Book through the link on pgashow.com rather than through unsolicited emails or calls offering PGA Show hotel blocks.

Yes, if the order app works offline. On AIMS360, reps write orders in RemoteLink on an iPad against the catalog, customer pricing and the last downloaded open to sell with Offline Mode on, and the orders import into AIMS360 on reconnect. Pro shops that order in RepSpark land in AIMS360 as sales orders through the RepSpark integration.
