The PGA Show in Orlando, the regional PGA section merchandise shows where green grass buyers reorder, and the sporting goods, licensed and outdoor shows that share the same buyers, with dates pulled from organizer sites on September 5, 2026. Then the part that decides whether the season ships: how a pro shop or dealer order written at the show gets into the ERP through RepSpark or a rep's iPad without being keyed twice.
The PGA Show in January for the launch, one or two PGA section merchandise shows for the reorders, and a sporting goods group show if you sell through dealers. A green grass brand lives on the section shows and the rep's route; an off-course brand needs Sports Inc. and the retailer EDI; a licensed or team line needs SLATS. Nobody needs all of them. Pick the rooms your buyers are already in.
Dates below are the exhibit days. Where a 2027 date had not been posted, the row says so and gives the last known dates so you can pencil in the week. Show names link to the organizer. Confirm before you book travel.

The PGA of America has 41 sections, and most run a merchandise show or vendor day in the winter, after the PGA Show and before the season opens, where the section's head professionals and merchandisers write the orders for their shops. They are small, appointment-heavy and rep-driven, and for a golf apparel brand they are where most of the volume is booked.
Dates for these post in the fall on each section's site and on the PGA of America events search. The Carolinas show is the one we could confirm with 2026 dates; the rest are listed by their usual window so you can plan the rep calendar.

Golf shares its buyers with sporting goods dealers, licensed and team apparel, hunting and outdoor, and run specialty. A brand selling golf polos to Dick's and Scheels is on the same vendor list as the team dealer and the outdoor brand, and the same EDI programs apply once the first order ships.

Three ways: the rep writes it in RepSpark or on an iPad in RemoteLink, the pro shop or dealer orders in RepSpark against the assortment the rep built, or it goes on paper and gets keyed after the show. RepSpark is the B2B platform the golf trade already uses, which is why the orders written there should land in the ERP as sales orders, not as a spreadsheet.
| How the order is written | Who drives it | How it reaches AIMS360 | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| RepSpark | The rep builds the assortment; the pro shop or dealer orders against it, with its own pricing and terms | Orders land as AIMS360 sales orders with customer, terms and rep intact. AIMS360 sends styles, pricing and available to sell by ship date net of wholesale, EDI and DTC commitments | Green grass, resort and dealer accounts; logo programs through RepSpark Insignia |
| RemoteLink on iPad | Your rep, at the PGA Show booth or in the shop | Arrives as imported on reconnect; works offline on the show floor | Booth appointments and rep road trips between section shows |
| WebLink portal | The pro shop, reordering between rep visits | Orders queue for review, then import; credit holds and duplicate POs caught first | Reorders from accounts you already have, no commission |
| EDI 850 | Off-course and department store buyers | Native EDI; 856 and 810 go back from the same shipment | PGA TOUR Superstore, Dick's, Scheels, Academy, department stores |
Load the season into AIMS360, publish it to RepSpark and RemoteLink, barcode the samples, book the appointments, and know your answer when an off-course buyer asks about EDI. The full six-step version, with the sample-barcode and prepack detail, is on the apparel calendar; this is the golf version.
| Step | What to do | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Create the season | Every style with colors, sizes, prices and images in AIMS360, including the logo-program styles and their decoration. | RepSpark, RemoteLink and the line sheet all read from this record. |
| 2. Publish to RepSpark | Send styles, pricing and available to sell by ship date; load each account's price group and terms so the pro shop sees its own sheet. | Buyers order against real availability for the delivery they want. |
| 3. Barcode the samples | Style barcodes on every sample; prepack barcodes if you sell size-run packs. | Reps scan to add style and color in RemoteLink at the booth. |
| 4. Book the head professionals | Wednesday and Thursday appointments at the PGA Show; section show appointments through your reps. | Walk-ups fill gaps; appointments fill the order book. |
| 5. Be ready for the off-course buyer | If PGA TOUR Superstore, Dick's or a department store asks, you can commit to EDI within 30 to 60 days on AIMS360, with the retailer programs already mapped on the 350+ retailer list. | A spring pre-book is usually deliverable on that timeline. |
After the show, orders allocate to stock or production, logo work runs as a tracked stage, and the shipment prints the retailer's labels and ASN from the same order. That flow is covered step by step on the apparel calendar.
January 26 to 29, 2027 in Orlando. Demo Day is Tuesday, January 26 at Orange County National Golf Center; the exhibit hall runs Wednesday, January 27 to Friday, January 29 at the Orange County Convention Center West Concourse, 8:30 AM to 6 PM on Wednesday and Thursday and to 2 PM on Friday. It is trade only. Source: pgashow.com.
Regional buying shows run by the 41 PGA of America sections, usually in winter after the PGA Show, where the section's head professionals and merchandisers write orders for their shops. The Carolinas PGA Super Show in Greensboro is the largest, with 200+ booths; it ran February 16 to 17 in 2026 and had not posted 2027 dates as of September 5, 2026. Dates post on each section's site and on the PGA events search.
Sports Inc. group shows if you sell through sporting goods dealers (Phoenix February 1 to 3, Nashville June 20 to 22, Louisville August 4 to 6, 2027), SLATS in Las Vegas January 20 to 22 for licensed and collegiate lines, and Outdoor Retailer in Minneapolis August 19 to 20 for performance and outdoor crossover. Off-course accounts like PGA TOUR Superstore, Dick's and Scheels buy through their own vendor programs on EDI.
RepSpark is the B2B platform golf, outdoor and team dealers already use: reps build assortments per account, buyers self-serve against them, and logo programs run through RepSpark Insignia. Yes, the AIMS360 RepSpark integration sends styles, pricing and available to sell by date, and brings orders back as AIMS360 sales orders with the rep attached, with invoices and tracking going back.
Yes, in RemoteLink on an iPad. Order writing, line sheets, customer pricing and the last downloaded open to sell work offline; orders arrive in AIMS360 as imported on reconnect. Stock refresh and card deposits need a connection.
The decoration is a production stage in AIMS360, raised from the order and tracked through production process tracking, in-house or at a contractor, with the art and per-placement cost on the order line. The decorated apparel page covers it.
PGA TOUR Superstore, Dick's Sporting Goods, Scheels, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops are on the 350+ retailer list, mapped natively with no per-document fees, alongside the department stores that carry golf.
On the 2027 apparel trade show calendar, month by month, with MAGIC, Coterie, Atlanta, Dallas, LA Market Week, SwimShow, FFANY and the regional apparel markets. The wholesale B2B platforms guide compares RepSpark with JOOR, NuORDER, Brandboom and the rest.
