Intimates ERP for lingerie and loungewear brands, where the matrix is band by cup

A bra is band by cup, 30A to 44H, on one style and in one color, and it replenishes for years because the customer buys the same size again. AIMS360 was built on apparel matrices, production and native EDI, and it holds the band by cup grid, the matching brief, the loungewear set and the specialty and department store EDI on one record.

02 / The operational reality

A bra is one style in 30 to 60 size cells, and every cell sells at its own rate.

A core bra runs 30 to 44 in the band and A to H in the cup. That is up to 60 cells on one style, in one color, and a 34C sells ten times faster than a 30H. The customer who found her size buys it again, so the line is replenishment first and fashion second.

Most apparel systems hold a single size list, so intimates brands running on them either flatten the grid into a long list nobody can plan against, or split the style by cup and lose the ability to see the bra as one product.

AIMS360 holds the band by cup grid as a two-axis style, color and size matrix on one style record, relates the matching brief and the loungewear set to it, and replenishes by the cell that sold through intelligent allocation rules. Specialty and department store buyers see the same open to sell in NuORDER or JOOR.

03 / Capabilities

Three capability blocks built for the intimates brand operator

Band by cup catalog

The two-axis grid on one style, the matching brief on its own dress-size matrix, sets and separates related, and prepacks and case packs for the department store pack programs.

Native EDI into every intimates channel

Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillard's, Belk, Bare Necessities and Lane Bryant mapped natively, bulk and dropship, with the 856 and 810 off the same shipment.

Replenishment by cell and one pool

Thresholds per size cell in intelligent allocation, purchase orders and cut tickets raised from the short cells, and wholesale, EDI, Shopify and marketplace orders drawing from one open to sell.

04 / The workflow

05 / The retailer table

The retailer table for intimates brands

Intimates sells through fit specialty, department stores, plus-size specialty, big box and your own site, and the specialty accounts reorder by cell every week.

Fit specialty. Bare Necessities is the largest online intimates specialty account and orders across the full grid; boutiques and fit shops reorder the cells that sold, usually by rep or on your portal.

Department stores. Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillard's, Belk and Bloomingdale's run bulk and dropship programs on their own vendor manuals, and Lane Bryant covers extended sizes.

Mass and marketplace. Kohl's, Target, Amazon and Costco carry pack programs and the volume basics.

Beyond those, the same native EDI reaches the 350+ retailer network, and boutique wholesale runs as sales orders written in RemoteLink, WebLink or the B2B platform your buyers already use.

06 / Replenishment by cell

The 34C sells out while the 30H sits, and both are the same style

An intimates line lives on the core bra in the core colors, and the demand is not flat across the grid. Planning at the style level either over-buys the edges or under-buys the center, and either one costs a season of the customer's loyalty.

AIMS360 treats replenishment as a cell problem. Thresholds live per band-by-cup cell in intelligent allocation, and the vendor purchase orders or cut tickets that replenish the core are raised from the cells that are short, tracked through production process tracking with the bill of materials carrying wire, hook and eye, lace and elastic.

For department store programs, the replenishment 850 comes in and the 856 and 810 go back natively. For fit boutiques, WebLink lets the store reorder the cells it sold without a rep, and RemoteLink lets the rep write it in the shop.

07 / The alternatives

AIMS360 vs. the alternatives intimates brands consider

Intimates brands usually arrive at AIMS360 from QuickBooks with a spreadsheet grid, from a general ERP with one size list, or from an apparel system that could not plan by cell. The apparel ERP guide covers the field.

The question to ask any system: show me one bra in 60 cells and one color, the matching brief, a Bare Necessities order for both, and the purchase order that replenishes the 34C without buying the 30H.

For a structured comparison against named systems, see the comparison pages and the ERP buying guide.

08 / Who it changes things for

What changes for each person on the intimates team

Founder and operator. One number for what you can sell, by cell, across fit specialty, department store EDI and your own site.

Design and fit. One record per style with every cell, the matching brief related, images and price sheets published from one place.

Production. Vendor purchase orders and cut tickets raised from the short cells; wire, lace and elastic on the bill of materials.

Planning. Core cells replenish on thresholds; new colors and cups allocate to WIP by delivery.

Warehouse. Sets picked as pairs, singles picked as singles, retailer carton labels and GS1-128 from the order.

Finance. The 810 comes off the shipment; chargebacks caught before they post; factoring runs as a native workflow.

10 / FAQ

What intimates brand operators ask

What is the best ERP for a lingerie or intimates brand?

One that holds band by cup on one style, replenishes by size cell, relates the matching brief and the set, and runs EDI natively for the specialty and department store accounts. AIMS360 does all four on the same apparel matrix it has run since 1984.

How does AIMS360 handle bra sizes?

As a two-axis style, color and size matrix on one style record, band by cup with a UPC per cell, the same structure it uses for waist by inseam. A 30A to 44H grid is one bra, not sixty products.

Can AIMS360 replenish by size cell?

Yes. Thresholds live per cell in intelligent allocation, and the purchase order or cut ticket is raised from the cells that are short, so the 34C is bought without buying the 30H.

How are matching sets handled?

The bra and the brief are separate records with their own matrices, related as a style, so a set order allocates both and a separates order allocates one, and the warehouse picks accordingly.

Which retailers does AIMS360 connect to for intimates?

Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillard's, Belk, Bloomingdale's, Bare Necessities, Lane Bryant, Kohl's, Target and Amazon, natively, within the native EDI network of 350+ retailers.

How do Curve New York orders get into AIMS360?

Reps write them in RemoteLink on an iPad and they arrive as imported on reconnect; buyers who order in NuORDER, JOOR or Brandboom import automatically. Curve runs February 7 to 9, 2027; see the 2027 trade show calendar.

Does AIMS360 track wire, hook and eye, lace and elastic?

Yes, on the bill of materials behind each style, consumed through cut tickets and production process tracking. See ERP for apparel manufacturers for the production side.

Can an intimates brand run Shopify and wholesale from one inventory?

Yes. Shopify sees sellable inventory after wholesale, EDI and marketplace commitments are subtracted, and Shopify B2B runs beside it for accounts ordering on your site.
